ATTEND AN INFORMATION SESSION
During your Information Session, you will learn more about Caroline Center and how you can successfully pursue your goal of becoming a certified nursing assistant/geriatric nursing assistant (CNA/GNA),certified pharmacy technician/nationally certified pharmacy technician (PhT/CPhT), or (BuildHer) Women in Construction.
You will also complete a more detailed application form, take a basic test (TABE Locator) that will help assess your current math and reading levels, and schedule your Personal Interview.

YOUR PERSONAL INTERVIEW
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early on the day of your Personal Interview.
During your Information Session, we will let you know about the important documents you will need to bring with you to your Personal Interview. Gather your important documents and place them in a folder to bring with you.
Before your interview, take some time to read about and review the role of a CNA/GNA or PhT and be prepared to share why you would like to prepare for this particular healthcare career and why you believe the Caroline Center program would be a good fit for your education and career skills training.
Many applicants ask what they should wear to their interview. We recommend dark slacks or skirt, a simple blouse or top, or medical scrubs. Your interview clothing and accessories should be sensible and modest – reflecting the requirements of the medical and healthcare professions.
ACCEPTANCE LETTERS
Caroline Center emails and text acceptance letters 7-10 days after your interview.
If you are not admitted, please do not be discouraged. Admission to Caroline Center is competitive and committing to a 15-week education and career skills training program while balancing a lot of other demands on one’s life is a big consideration. A number of applicants to Caroline Center achieve admission on their second or even third applications to the program.
