Flowers and Fancies has partnered with Caroline Center through its Blooms for a Better B-more program. Tribute Gifts

Tribute gifts in any amount allow you to thoughtfully remember or meaningfully honor a special person in your life as you help women with limited resources build stronger lives through the education and advancement opportunities Caroline Center provides. Caroline Center will send your special person or family member a lovely acknowledgment of your gift. You may want to consider making your full annual fund gift a tribute gift this year. United Way of Central Maryland Campaign

You can give to Caroline Center through the United Way campaign where you work by designating #49197 or simply writing on your pledge card: Caroline Center, 900 Somerset Street, Baltimore, MD 21202.

Nancy B. Leahy Scholars Fund

Established in 2011 by John I. Leahy in memory of his wife, the fund is a generous expression of the longtime and ongoing commitment of the Leahy family to Caroline Center and to the center's Pharmacy Technician program. Generous gifts to the fund help provide partial and full scholarships to highly capable trainees wishing to pursue their education and career skills training at Caroline Center leading to certification and national certification as pharmacy technicians (PT, CPhT).

Patricia McLaughlin, SSND, Scholarship Award

Established in 2018 on the occasion of her retirement from Caroline Center, the award honors former executive director, "Sr. Pat," for her significant leadership contributions to workforce development in Baltimore and for her commitment to women, work, and Baltimore City. This award is presented annually to a trainee with an outstanding academic record and who embodies the enlightened and generous spirit as well as the exemplary qualities of SSND North American Foundress Mother Caroline Friess, SSND.
