Caroline Center has been ranked in national bench-marking studies as one of the most effective and successful career skills training programs in the country. Inspired by the teaching of the School Sisters of Notre Dame, Caroline Center educates and prepares women for professional practice as certified nursing assistants (CNA), geriatric nursing assistants (GNA), certified pharmacy technicians (PT), and nationally certified pharmacy technicians (CPhT) through its award-winning program.
While Caroline Center has a national reputation for excellence, most Caroline Center graduates choose to work and live in Baltimore – providing major local employers with highly qualified, knowledgeable, skilled, dependable, and compassionate caregivers.
We take pride in our graduates – all of whom are Caroline Center “members for life.” Over 3,000 of our graduates are contributing their knowledge and skills to the local workforce and giving back in immeasurable ways to their families and communities by practicing excellent patient care and modeling the outcomes of positive change.
Whether you have an immediate position opening or wish to let us know about an opportunity you may have in the near future, Caroline Center can help you find the best candidate to meet your needs and highest expectations for knowledgeable, skilled, and compassionate patient and customer care.
Caroline Center is accredited by the Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC), the Maryland Board of Nursing, and the Maryland Board of Pharmacy.
